The relevance of the chosen direction of research is that e-learning at the present stage of development of society is one of the most popular forms of organization of the educational process. This primarily applies to vocational and postgraduate education. Its main advantage is that it focuses on creating a barrier-free learning environment, ensuring the availability of quality education without separation from work and family and regardless of the place of residence. The article analyzes the features of updating the education system in the postmodern era and the urgent problems of the education system that need to be addressed (improvement of national educational legislation; changing the image of research and teaching staff; preservation of classical universities; change of system and support for business, which is used to develop science and education; securing the technical and technological needs of the education system). Features of e-learning as a means of meeting the demand for educational services, its advantages and disadvantages are characterized. The peculiarities of functioning of open educational resources as prospects of e-learning development are analyzed. Continuation of the initiated research is to study the specific characteristics of mobile learning as one of the possible options for e-learning.

The acceptance of Mobile commerce (M-commerce) applications has become a way of life for business professionals and mobile shoppers. The global acceptance and increase in its usefulness have resulted in concerns about the availability of a suitable model for its usability evaluation. In order to fill this literature gap, the study introduced the MObile Shoppers Application Development (MOSAD) usability model to address the limitations in current usability models when applied in the context of M-commerce applications. The proposed model in this study incorporates different essential attributes from widely accepted usability models, which helped develop a more detailed usability model for M-commerce applications. The attributes in the proposed model are not entirely new; however, the current and widely accepted usability models failed to consider some of them. This neglect could lead to usability evaluation flaws and affect the outcomes of usability evaluations of M-commerce applications.

This study intends to determine the perceptions of the in-service Teacher profession education program (PPG) students towards Indonesian network learning system (SPADA) hybrid learning. This study employed a survey method with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were 82 of 87 PPG Daljab 1 Batch 1 students. The technique of collecting data was through the instruments of questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire was used to obtain data about the quality of online content and the assessment of online learning that has been carried out. Interviews were conducted to confirm the results of the questionnaire data to see the compatibility between the two data. Data analysis techniques in this study were conducted qualitatively and quantitatively by considering to the research objectives. The results showed that online learning had sharp quality content, can be accepted and well understood, easy to operate and use, overcomes distance and time constraints, and has benefits that are in line with the objectives of PPG implementation.
