CV. Bangun Bina Bersaudara menjual sarung tangan, masker dan produk kecantikan. Promosi produk yang selama ini dilakukan masih secara door to door, dan menerima pesanan melalui whatsapp. Dampak dari permasalahan tersebut adalah proses bisnis menjadi tidak efisien. CV. Bangun Bina Bersaudara telah memiliki website, namun kondisi website saat ini sangat tidak informatif dan kurang menarik, warna website sangat kontras dan tidak sedap dipandang mata. Akibatnya, informasi di web menjadi ambigu. Keadaan tampilan website tersebut membuat pelanggan enggan melakukan transaksi, dan membuat mereka kurang percaya pada perusahaan untuk melakukan pembelian produk melalui website. Hasil awal dari evaluasi website adalah 0,4, termasuk dalam kategori moderat. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa memungkinkan untuk melakukan perbaikan dalam alur sistem dan user. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi, peneliti menerapkan metode Double Diamond untuk melakukan desain ulang tampilan website. Proses pengujian prototype kepada responden menggunakan metode webuse sebagai tolok ukur persepsi dan respon dari pengguna. Rata-rata hasil akhir pengujian prototipe pada iterasi pertama adalah 0,937 dan hasil dari iterasi kedua adalah 0,986. Hasil evaluasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa desain website yang telah dibuat dapat diterima oleh pengguna.

The official website of the Social Office Lampung Provincial contains news content, routine activities, and information on public services. The website has been changed from an internal point of view but does not yet know how satisfaction is based on user perceptions. As a result, users no longer want to visit the Social Office website, which is one of the problems, so it is necessary to build a measurement model for the classification of website user problems using the Framework Pieces. Previously, the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire was taken from 338 samples of respondents, then entered the data analysis stage by assessing user characteristics based on the Likert scale and class intervals. Framework Pieces succeed to classify the problems of 338 samples in the range of good and poor. For the Performance domain with a score of 3,62 (Good), the Informations or Data domain with a score of 2,57 (Poor), Economics domain with a score of 3,35 (Moderate), Control or Security domain with a score of 3,61 (Good), Efficiency domain with a score of 3,36 (Moderate), finally for Service domain with a score of 2,60 (Poor).

The South Sumatra Provincial Library Service is an institution that assists the Governor in organizing Government in the field of Education and uses the website to convey information to the public. The importance of usability is to measure the level of quality of the system with the intention of being easy to learn and then easy to use, encouraging users to use the system to achieve the goals of the user. Each website has a different usability level, the higher the usability value, the easier the website is for users to understand. This study aims to determine or measure the Website of the South Sumatra Provincial Library Service using the WEBUSE method. In this study, researchers used the WEBUSE method, there are 4 categories of usability (1 Content, organization and readability. (2)Navigation and links. (3)User interface design. (4)Performance and effectiveness. Data analysis using validity test, reliability using SPSS version.25. The results of the calculation of the WEBUSE method were processed with Ms.Excel 2007. The results of the overall study of the South Sumatra Provincial Library Service showed that the highest score or value was obtained by the Content, organization and readability variable with usability points of 0.80 usability level Excellent while the lowest score was in the Performance and category. usability effectivity point is 0.78 with Good usability level for the website usability level is at Good level.
