Abstrak: BPKPAD (Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan, dan Aset Daerah) adalah Perangkat Daerah yang mempunyai tugas membantu Bupati dalam menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan yang merupakan kewenangan daerah di bidang pendapatan, pengelolaan keuangan dan aset daerah. BPKPAD memiliki beberapa sistem yang digunakan untuk dapat menunjang kinerjanya. Salah satunya adalah kelompok aplikasi keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Temanggung yang didalamnya terdapat Sistem Informasi Perbendaharaan. Aplikasi tersebut digunakan pada setiap organisasi perangkat daerah untuk menyampaikan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan Bendahara Pengeluaran. Pada Sistem berbasis website tersebut masih dijumpai beberapa kendala diantaranya pengunaan jaringan internet lokal Kabupaten Temanggung dan tampilan yang belum up to date. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kegunaan sistem informasi keuangan dengan menggunakan metode usability test. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kabupaten Temanggung pada bulan Juli 2023. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner diketahui bahwa populasi sasaran penelitian ini adalah 77 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel total, sehingga terdapat 77 responden dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kegunaan sistem. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa status penggunaan sistem informasi keuangan masih kurang, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak mudah bagi pengguna sistem untuk memanfaatkan sistem secara maksimal.

Argo Bibit is a local business in Magelang District which is engaged in selling fruit seeds by providing various types of durian fruit. Currently, the process of buying and selling seeds is carried out conventionally, prospective buyers must come to the nursery to select seeds to buy and make transactions. During a pandemic, the transaction and marketing processes experience obstacles and limitations, so that a medium used for transactions is needed. This research uses object oriented programming method. The result of this research is an E-commerce website which is used for selling durian seeds. This system is used to facilitate interaction between managers and customers in placing orders and making transactions without having to meet in person. In addition, customers can order customized seeds according to their wishes. Based on the results of tests that have been done, 0.79 customers state that this website is easy to use and understand, can help customize fruit seeds, the information is clear and makes it easy to be merciful.

Disaster management requires a variety of innovations to intervene or prevent the adverse effects of the disaster, including through various applications made for various purposes and uses. One of the applications is the Jaring Bencana, to strengthen the mitigation aspects of natural and non-natural disasters, including environmental disasters. This study aims to examine the level of usability in disaster applications by measuring the variables of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The method used in this study is usability testing with technique performance measurements and retrospective think-aloud. Respondents in this study 30 individuals as test participants, were selected purposively based on criteria of interest and responsibility in disaster management. Results from testing usability show that mark component effectiveness is significant at 89%, mark efficiency component of 0.24 goals/second, and satisfaction score of 68. It can be concluded that the Jaring Bencana application has been functionally effective and efficient, although it must be optimized to achieve maximum user satisfaction. The results of this research have implications for the development of disaster applications that are in accordance with disaster needs.
