Urologische Notfälle: Paraphimose

Abstract: Zusammenfassung. Die Paraphimose ist ein seltener, jedoch akuter urologischer Notfall, welcher durch eine Einklemmung des Präputiums hinter dem Sulcus coronarius entsteht. Die Therapie ist einfach und schnell, auch im niedergelassenen Bereich umsetzbar. In den meisten Fällen ist eine kurze Kompression des präputialen Ödems mit anschliessender manueller Reposition der Paraphimose suffizient.
