Urinary trypsin inhibitor as a therapeutic option for inflammatory disorders

Abstract: Introduction Urinary trypsin inhibitor, a serine protease inhibitor, has been widely used, particularly in Japan, as a drug for patients with acute inflammatory disorders such as pancreatitis, shock and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
