Urinary tract infection among obstetric fistula patients at Gondar University Hospital, Northwest Ethiopia

Abstract: BackgroundMany women die from complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. In developing countries particularly in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, where access to emergency obstetrical care is often limited, obstetric fistula usually occurs as a result of prolonged obstructed labour.
