Abstract:As part of an investigation of phenobarbital (PB) pharmacokinetics in patients with status epilepticus (SE), urinary excretion of PB and its main metabolite, hydroxyphenobarbital (HPB), was studied in patients who had an episode of SE, as well as in non-convulsing ones.
