Abstract: Aluminium Vacuum Brazing (AVB) has been a popular metal-joining process in the aerospace industry (Elrefaey, 2012). AVB, when carried out successfully, prepares high strength aluminium parts for complex service conditions (C.H.Cadden, 2006).
