Upper gastrointestinal perforation

Abstract: Perforations of the upper gastrointestinal tract are rare events but if present, are serious conditions. Timely diagnosis and therapeutic initiation are crucial for a beneficial patient outcome. In general, endoscopic and surgical approaches are suitable methods.
