“…Despite the extensive research conducted on the utilization of wearables, XR, exoskeletons, and robotics to advance the body of knowledge in the construction industry, it remains imperative to undertake a comprehensive examination of the research in these emerging technologies, with a specific focus on mitigating the risks of WMSDs and ergonomic hazards, as well as the bibliometric relationship of the literature and the impact of research themes in the field.
