Upper Cervical Anterior Diskectomy and Fusion Improves Discogenic Cervical Headaches

Abstract: Anterior cervical diskectomy and fusion appears to be quite effective for discogenic cervical headache, but should be reserved for patients who are extremely impaired and refractory to all other treatments.
