Updated Phylogeny of Chikungunya Virus Reveals Lineage-Specific RNA Architecture

Abstract: Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), a mosquito-borne alphavirus of the family Togaviridae, has recently emerged in the Americas from lineages from two continents, Asia and Africa.
