Abstract

Die immensen Fortschritte der neonatologischen Intensivmedizin in den letzten Jahrzehnten haben ein Überleben von sehr unreifen Frühgeborenen ermög-Die aktualisierte Fassung der Leitlinie wurde von der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Geburtshilfe und Gynäkologie (ÖGGG) konsentiert.

Considerable mortality and morbidity in neonates born below 500 gram

Our postnatal management approach for extremely preterm infants includes high flow CPAP via Benveniste valve, 20 use of caffeine‐citrate, early prophylactic surfactant treatment via LISA protocol 17 and plastic bags to prevent hypothermia.…”
