Upaya Pencegahan Stunting melalui Pemanfaatan Pangan Lokal Ubi untuk Meningkatkan Asupan Gizi Ibu Hamil

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengolahan pangan lokal berbahan umbi-umbian untuk meningkatkan asupan gizi ibu hamil dalam pencegahan stunting dan mengetahui hasil uji organoleptik terhadap produk olahan yang dihasilkan.
