Abstract: The superconductivity of FeSeTe films, deposited by the pulsed laser deposition (PLD), is extremely sensitive to the preparation conditions. Hence, it is necessary to study the growth mechanism and reveal the key factors affecting the superconductivity of FeSeTe films.
