Abstract:Small bowel malignant tumors, particularly leiomyosarcomas (LMSs), are rare and challenging to diagnose due to their asymptomatic nature in the initial stages. The lack of specific symptoms makes it difficult to differentiate LMSs from other gastrointestinal tumors.
