Abstract:Odontoma or odontome is the most common odontogenic tumor in oral cavity. Complex odontomas are commonly found in the posterior mandible region. Complex odontoma or fibro odontoma is most commonly located in anterior maxilla. Odontoma are hamartoma comprised of various dental tissues, that is, enamel, dentin, cementum, and occasionally pulp.
