Unusual presentation of solitary cutaneous myxoma

Abstract: fig. 1 Solitary, flat to slightly elevated, hyperkeratotic nodule on the right sole, clinically mimicking a callus. fig. 2 A well-circumscribed dermal tumour composed of myxoid stroma within which variably sized vessels and stellate-shaped cells were embedded (H&E ×40).
