Unusual presentation of Q fever in a kidney‐pancreas transplant recipient

Abstract: Q fever is uncommon in solid organ transplant (SOT) recipients. We describe a case of granulomatous lung disease as an unusual presentation of chronic Q fever in a kidney‐pancreas transplant recipient.
