Unusual Presentation of Pancreatic Mucinous Cystadenocarcinoma by Spontaneous Splenic Rupture

Abstract: Background: Mucinous cystic neoplasms of the pancreas are uncommon tumors with varying potential for malignancy. Although traumatic splenic rupture is common, spontaneous rupture is a rare event.
