“…Oncoplastic reconstruction has also been demonstrated to be valuable in removing giant pediatric fibroadenomas, but the literature has limited guidance for surgical planning 17,18 . In addition, few studies have discussed using a free nipple graft and Wise pattern for pediatric oncoplastic reconstruction after giant fibroadenoma excision 19–22 .
