Unusual prenatal sign of duodenal atresia and megaduodenum-case presentation

Abstract: Nevertheless, 33% of caecum rupture cases are of unknown origin. Diagnosis is mostly made by clinical examination supported by abdomen radiograph and abdomen computerized tomography. The prevention of caecum rupture is very important. Endoscopic colon decompression and the proper therapeutic treatment of the colon distention causes contribute to the caecum rupture prevention.
