Unusual magnetic resonance imaging appearance of multiple cystic lesions in glioblastoma multiforme

Abstract: The differential diagnosis of multiple ring-enhancing intraaxial lesions includes neoplastic, infectious, inflammatory, demyelinating and vascular lesions. We report a case of a 41-year-old man who presented with a brief history of left lower extremity weakness and sensory loss.
