Unusual gingival actinomycosis post allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplant: case report

Abstract: Background Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (allo-HSCT) is used to treat several hematological diseases, but immunosuppression during allo-HSCT facilitates opportunistic microbial growth in tissues, such as actinomycosis.
