Unusual cases of chlamydiosis in psittacine birds

Abstract: Avian chlamydiosis is a common disease found in domesticated and nondomesticated avian species caused by several species of chlamydiae including but not limited to Chlamydia psittaci, Chlamydia avium, Chlamydia gallinacea, Chlamydia buteonis, and Chlamydia ibidis.
