Untersuchungen über die Phasenbeziehungen charakteristischer Kenngrößen in laufenden Schichten

Abstract: Mit Hilfe einer oszillographischen Doppelsondenmethode wurden die Phasenbeziehungen zwischen den Elektronentemperatur-', Feldstarke-und Ionenkonzentrationsschwankungen in fremderregten p-Schichten in Neon bestimmt. Bei der Auswertung der Sondencharakteristiken gingen wir von einer DRUYVESTEYN-VerteilUng der Elektronenenergieverteilungsfunktion aus.
