Unsymmetrische Dreikohlenstoff‐Kondensationen, XIV. Eine neue Synthese der Alkaloide Myosmin, dl‐Nicotin und γ‐dl‐Nicotin

Abstract: Bei der Hydrolyse des Kondensationsproduktes aus Nicotinoylessigester, Formaldehyd und Acetaminomalonester entsteht 2-[P-Pyridyl]-A2-pyrrolincarbonsaure-(5) (I1 a), die in das Tabakrauch-Alkaloid Myosmin (VI) und in DL-Nicotin (Va) iibergefiihrt wird. Analog wirdausgehend von Isonicotinoylessigesterdas y-Isomere des Nicotins (V b) synthetisiert. Zwischenstufen der Synthese sind die substituierten Proline IIIa bzw. IIIb.
