Unsupervised learning from a phone opinion poll in Mali

Abstract: In the earlier days of COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in Mali, we conducted, through the GISSE polling institute, an opinion poll in order to assess the opinions, behaviors and appreciations of the policies carried out by the government with the population. The aim is also to assess the consequences of COVID-19 on school education and household income. Here, we report the first preliminary report of our findings
