Unsolved problems in endoscopic papillectomy

Abstract: This article highlights some of the unanswered challenges in performing safe and effective endoscopic papillectomy (EP) as well as offering strategies to deal with these challenges. The authors conducted a review of studies regarding EP for ampullary tumors with specific focus on technical aspects.
