Abstract: The glycolytic metabolite methylglyoxal (MGO) initiates the formation of advanced glycation end products and oxidative stress, leading to cellular senescence and skin aging. This study focuses on the anti-aging properties of unripe Carica papaya L. (UCP) fresh fruit extract on MGO-induced human dermal fibroblast senescence.
