Unravelling material properties of halide perovskites by combined microwave photoconductivity and time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy

Abstract: Simultaneous measurements of trPL and microwave photoconductivity facilitate a global fit of charge carrier density in perovskite materials. This enables the extraction of fundamental rate constants and the mobility ratio of electrons and holes.
