Abstract: Oro-facial-digital syndrome, specifically Mohr syndrome, is an uncommon genetic disorder characterized by predominant oro-facial anomalies and polysyndactyly. While typically associated with autosomal recessive and X-linked dominant inheritance patterns, this case presents an autosomal dominant mode of transmission.
