Abstract: Mature teratomas, also known as ovarian dermoid cysts, are benign embryonal tumors that develop slowly. One of the following imaging techniques is commonly employed to evaluate these cysts: transvaginal ultrasound, pelvic ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging, or computed tomography.
