Unmasking Upstream Gene Expression Regulators with miRNA-corrected mRNA Data

Abstract: Expressed micro-RNA (miRNA) affects messenger RNA (mRNA) abundance, hindering the accuracy of upstream regulator analysis. Our objective was to provide an algorithm to correct such bias.
