University Industry (U-I) Relationship: Evidence from an Egyptian University

Abstract: The current study aims at identifying the causality relationships amongst (U-I) relationship's variables i.e. demographics, communication, trust, satisfaction, functional conflict, afflictive commitment, expectation of continuity, willingness to invest, and collaboration. The experiences of 216 Egyptian internship's companies were utilized to achieve these objectives. Throughout multivariate analytical technique (e.g. multiple regression), significant causality relationships have been supported these U-I relat… Show more

“…Therefore, raising the educational material and dumping it on students and asking the student to do study assignments and uploading them to the website, is an added burden for all and takes a long time due to the complexity of technology. The compatibility of online learning with social and human sciences in general is compatible with remote study, but this does not correspond to scientific specializations such as engineering, chemistry, physics and the like, as there is a close correlation between teaching these sciences and the need for laboratories to conduct the necessary scientific experiments [22]. This type of educational computer program is based on the principle of providing students with an opportunity to learn through situations that are similar to the real concerns that confront them, and he practices them in real life as much.…”

“…Statistically, scale's validity is the degree to which a test measures the concept(s) that it claims measuring (e.g. Lotayif, 2015aLotayif, , 2015bLotayif, , 2014and Nunnally, 1978). There is no common test for scale's Validity (Kline, 1997).…”

“…Data distribution's shape is considered normal when the sample size is bigger than 30 cases (Lotayif, 2017a, 2017b, 2016, 2015aand 2015band Ortuzar and Willumsen, 1994. Consequently, normality dimension is assumed, as sample's size is 292 cases in the current study.…”
