Objective conditions for the transition to the online learning format have radically
changed the priorities of both training and reporting. The demand for improving the quality of
professional training of future school teachers, university teachers in creative departments reveals
the problem of prioritizing importance in assessing innovative proposals of graduates. New learning
conditions require new indicators of student reporting, new approaches to research activities.
Independent work of foreign students requires increased attention and responsibility of a consultant
and an expert. The strategy of cooperation in the field of art education «China – Russia» forms a
new educational paradigm and method of synchronous popularization of cultural heritage.
