United States Special Operations Command South Training Program’s Effectiveness: A Case Study

Abstract: CONCLUSIONS:Although BFR seems to improve single-leg balance with EO and EC, given the small sample size of this study and the period between assessments, it appears at this point cycling with BFR is not specific enough to cause changes in single leg balance, or a bigger sample size would be needed to detect differences. Future research should explore the use of BFR with other modalities more specific at improving balance.
