Abstract:Background/objectives
The phase 3 REGAIN study and its open-label extension demonstrated the efficacy of the complement C5 inhibitor eculizumab in patients with treatment-refractory, acetylcholine receptor antibody–positive generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG).
