Abstract:We report a case with presentation and diagnosis of multiple intracranial giant meningiomas after epidural anesthesia on vaginal delivery. It's a 20 years old woman, multiparous of 2, that after placing the epidural catheter during vaginal delivery began with severe and persistent headache, confusion, drowsiness and right hemiparesis.
