Abstract:A 7-year-old Caucasian girl presented to the dermatology clinic with a two-year history of asymptomatic left labial swelling. Her medical history was notable only for right Legg-Calve-Perthes disease treated with osteotomy. Physical examination revealed diffuse fullness of the left labium majus extending to the suprapubic area with mild follicular prominence overlying the skin (Figure 1).
