Unilateral Optic Nerve Diffusion Restriction After Sinus Surgery Secondary to Central Retinal Artery Occlusion

Abstract: Introduction: Permanent perioperative vision loss is caused by ischemic optic neuropathy (ION) or central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO).
