Abstract: Meniere's disease is chronic progressive disease with unclear idiopathic etiology and symptomatic improvements with treatment. Objectives: To analyze the efficacy of low dose intratympanic injection of gentamicin for vertigo control in unilateral Meniere's disease. Study Design: Quasi experimental study.
