Abstract:Generalized morphea (GM) is a subtype of localized scleroderma that usually manifests with bilateral involvement. Unilateral generalized morphea (UGM) is a rare variant of GM. This is a case report of a Taiwanese girl with UGM over the left side of her body. She presented with hyperpigmentation, tightness, and skin atrophy over the left extremities and trunk.
