Unilateral Cordotomy: A Systematic Review of Efficacy and Outcomes

Abstract: Introduction: Glottic obstruction may arise secondary to bilateral vocal fold immobility (BVFI). Treatment options include a tracheostomy to bypass the site of obstruction as well as unilateral transverse cordotomy to alleviate the obstruction.
