Unilateral Conditioning Contractions Enhance Power Output in Elite Short Track Speed Skaters

Abstract: The objective of the present study was to assess the effect of unilateral lower-body-conditioning muscle contractions during multiple sets of fatiguing repeated jumps in elite athletes.
