Unified Modeling that Explains Dark Matter Data, Dark Energy Effects, and Galaxy Formation Stages

Abstract: Physics lacks a confirmed description of dark matter, has yet to develop an adequate understanding of dark energy, and includes unverified conjectures regarding new elementary particles.
