Unified Analytical Model for SOI LDMOS With Electric Field Modulation

Abstract: The unified analytical model is proposed for SOI LDMOS (Silicon On Insulator Lateral Double-diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor) based on the electric field modulation in this paper for the first time.
