Abstract:Introduction: Castleman's disease is a rare nonclonal lymphoproliferative disorder of unknown etiology that most commonly affects the mediastinum. It is classified into two clinical subtypes: A localized (unicentric) subtype and a multifocal (multicentric) subtype.
