Undetection of vector-borne viruses in equids of Galapagos Islands

Abstract: Domestic species, including equids, were introduced in the Galapagos Islands in the XIX century. Equine vector-borne diseases are circulating in South America but their occurrence in the Galapagos Island was unknown.
