Underutilization of Statin Therapy for Secondary Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease Among Older Adults

Abstract: Secondary cardiovascular disease (CVD) clinical trials have demonstrated that higher intensity levels of statin therapy are more effective than lower levels in reducing mortality rates.
